Ebiegberi L. Ebediowei is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Cavo Skills Limited, a vocational training and consultancy firm dedicated to empowering individuals, communities, and organizations through demand-driven skills development. He is a seasoned vocational training consultant with over a decade of hands-on experience in designing and implementing large-scale Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programs across Africa and beyond.
Mr. Ebediowei is widely recognized as one of the leading experts in vocational training in Nigeria, having managed projects and TVET programs exceeding ₦20billion for over 5,000 beneficiaries across agriculture, automotive, aviation, construction, creative arts, electrical, hospitality, maritime, oil & gas, ICT, power, fashion, entrepreneurship, and other high-demand sectors. His project execution footprint spans Nigeria, United Kingdom, Ghana, South Africa, and the Philippines, where he has consistently executed world-class training, workforce reintegration strategies, and skills development solutions.
With deep expertise in designing innovative training systems, developing industry-aligned curricula, conducting skills audit and assessment, training facility inspection, monitoring and evaluation, and overseeing multi-sector vocational initiatives, Mr. Ebediowei is committed to building a skilled workforce that drives community transformation and national development.
Mr. Ebediowei holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Estate Management from the renowned Federal University of Technology, Akure, a Master of Science in Real Estate Management and Development from the prestigious Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland, United Kingdom, and he is currently running an MBA programme in Miva Open University in Abuja, Nigeria.
Beyond his professional commitments, Mr. Ebediowei is a devoted family man, happily married with children.
